Well here is a tip from the call we’d like to share. Try something new! Go hiking, mountain climbing, running, try karate, try brussel sprouts, eat only whole foods for a day, drink only water. Something. But do it. Do it whole heatedly. Try Something New…

It will help with the stagnant, boring, cold weather, blah feeling we all start to get now. The one where we just want to eat, drink, unbutton our pants and binge watch Netflix. But that’s not what is living a healthy lifestyle! Do button your pants, get up, go out, and do it NOW!
