Last article we suggested getting on your way to healthy living by simply getting your daily steps in. This week let’s talk about the grocery store, shall we?
So one thing we like to do is shop the perimeter of the grocery store, cause lets face it, that is where the whole foods are. Meats, eggs, vegetable, frutis, nuts, seeds, usually all on the perimeter of the store. So stay on the perimeter and find yourself on your way to a healthier life.
What will the perimeter shopping do for me? It will keep you from purchasing overly processed, packaged garbage, that has little to no nutritnes and a million ingredients that you can’t pronounce.
